A late night SBS film and it would come with the warning “contains sex scenes, drug use and violent honesty.” The work of Sydney/Melbourne photographer and musician Jack Mannix, this zine is part personal diary, part punk/gay porno and part rehab therapy.
While it's difficult to gauge how much of the writing is autobiographical, with stories about everything from strung-out bathroom blow jobs to trying to rescusitate an uncle suffering a speed-induced heart attack, I'd say that Jack is acquainted with most of the people and situations.
Photos of friends and naked dudes are interspersed with poetry, illustrations and scans of diazepam scripts and Mannix's Centrelink Medical Certificate for depression. Brutally honest stuff." - Tim Scott, The Thousands
